I’ve tried redeeming and the website says the limit has been reached for the week for Fitness trackers?

You are eligible to submit your claim in any subsequent Claim Period until the end of the Promotion. There are 29,770 Fitness Trackers to be claimed. The total number available to be claimed in each Claim Period during the promotion is set out below:

1 September – 10 September 2017: 6000
11 September – 17 September 2017: 5000
8 September – 24 September 2017: 3000
25 September – 1 October 2017: 3000

Do I have to pay for postage?

No, postage is included as part of your Free Fitness Tracker promotion.

Can I enter this promotion more than once?

Yes you can subject to the following limits. There is only one claim permitted per qualifying purchase (i.e per three participating products purchased). Claims must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements, including a valid receipt. There is a maximum of three claims permitted per household.
